On January 16, 1991, President George H.W. Bush announced the star of Operation Desert Storm. But the air war included more than just air strikes. The U-2 Dragon Lady flew over 2,000 hours worth of reconnaissance missions to help in the effort, providing imagery that helped drive the allied forces forward.
