An Airman simulates contemplating about the stressors of military life and how it can affect his career May 25, 2016, at Beale Air Force Base, California. The Military Family Life Consultant (MFLC) are master or Ph.D. level professionals who are experienced social workers, psychologists and marriage and family therapists.
