BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, California --  

“I have struggled with mental health for the past 12 years. To keep myself going, I like to go on adventures. After a six-day workweek, I fill my time going to the lake, taking hikes or exploring other outdoor locations. Fort Bragg, California, is one of my favorites. My friends say I never slow down, but as long as I’m staying busy, I don’t get stuck in my head.”
