All dogs and cats residing on Beale AFB must be registered with the Veterinary Treatment Facility, have proof of Rabies vaccination and be identifiable with a metal tag or a microchip (IAW AR 40-905).

Click here to view the flyer and scan QR code. You can download the form, fill out required information and send to the Beale AFB VTF email with a copy your pet's medical record to include immunizations. Valid military/dependent/retiree ID required.
