MISSION
The 9th Medical Group (9 MDG) is a fully accredited Medical Treatment Facility that enables and optimizes 9 RW high-altitude ISR and tenant ISR, Space Warning, and Tanker airlift missions. We are responsible for developing and sustaining Ready Medics to deliver unmatched reliable care through-out the conflict spectrum and ensuring a Medically Ready Force across the multi-modal domain.
ABOUT US
The 9th Medical Group supports worldwide operational medical readiness and the high-altitude intelligence mission of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing across seven Combatant Commands. Through teamwork, innovation, and efficient utilization of resources, the 9th MDG provides comprehensive dental, physiological, medical and environmental support, as well as promotes health education and wellness to the Beale community.

The appointment line number is (530) 634-2941 and is accessible 24/7. After duty hours, the appointment line directs callers to the Nurse Advice Line to be triaged for referral to the appropriate level of care (home care, clinic appointment, urgent care, or emergency room).
