9th Maintenance Operations

MISSION
The 9th Maintenance Operations Flight provides world-class staffing, and training of aviation maintenance personnel. Additionally, the 9th MXO provides world-class resource planning, scheduling, management, and analysis to ensure a ready, viable Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fleet in support of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing's peacetime and wartime efforts.
 
ORGANIZATION
Nearly 80 active duty and civilian members are assigned to the 9th MXO. The unit is organized into three flights. Maintenance Operations Flight consists of Maintenance Data Systems Analysis, Engine Management, Supply Liaison, Maintenance Operations Center, and Plans, Scheduling and Documentation sections. Programs Flight consists of the Facility Manager, Security Manager, Manpower Manager, Resource Advisor and Unit Deployment Manager. The Maintenance Training Flight consists of the Development and Instruction section and the Unit Training Manager section. The unit is assigned to the 9th Maintenance Group along with the Quality Assurance Flight and is located at Beale AFB, CA.
