Chief Master Sergeant DUSTIN L. HALL

Chief Master Sergeant Dustin L. Hall serves as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Beale Air Force Base, California. The 9 RW provides the nation’s command authorities with high-altitude Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities in addition providing combat support forces for national and theater contingencies. Chief Hall is the principal senior enlisted advisor to the wing commander on all issues regarding the health, morale, welfare, discipline and readiness of 7,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel.

CMSgt Hall was born in Denver, Colorado and entered the Air Force in December of 1995. He graduated from the Airborne Mission Systems Specialist course at Keesler Air Force Base, MS in Sept 1996. His background includes various duties in the enlisted aviation arena at the unit, group, and major-command levels. Throughout his career, Chief Hall has filled a variety of roles including additional-duty First Sergeant, deployed operations superintendent, Career Development Course author, and Group Superintendent. His assignments include bases in Texas, Nebraska, the United Kingdom, Florida and Germany. He has also deployed numerous times in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Global War on Terror, and other operations.

CMSgt Hall is a chief enlisted aircrew member with over 2,800 flight hours flying as an MC-130H Combat Talon II loadmaster and, previous to that, an MC-130P Combat Shadow Radio Operator. Prior to assuming his role as the 9 RW Command Chief, Chief Hall served as Senior Enlisted Advisor, Operations Directorate, Special Operations Command Europe at Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany.
