  • What time does the Air Show start?
    • Gates opens at 9 a.m. and aerial performances begin at 11 a.m.
  • Do I have to pay for a ticket? 
    • No. Beale Air & Space Expo is free and open to the public. Premium Seating is available for purchase here [external website]. 
  • Where do I park and how much is it?
    • Parking is free. You will be directed to general parking when you arrive.
  • Can I park my RV in the parking lot?
    • No. Unfortunately, RVs cannot be accommodated at the Beale Air & Space Expo. FamCamp patrons with appropriate military ID are strongly recommended to arrive to FamCamp by at least Friday, June 6th before the Air Show. 
  • Can I bring a lawn chair?
    • Yes. You may bring your own folding lawn chairs.
  • Does a VIP ticket include chairs?
    • Yes, the VIP includes seating.
  • Do you have any Bleacher Seating?
    • Yes, however it is limited.
  • Are coolers allowed?
    • No. You will not be allowed to bring a cooler.
  • Are strollers and wagons allowed?
    • Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed. If you purchased Premium Seating, your stroller/wagon must be parked at the back of the seating area so emergency areas remain accessible.
  • Is there shade?
    • The Air Show facility is under an open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly. Some shade can be found under the wings of static display aircraft.
  • Are pets allowed?
    • Service animals ARE permitted. Otherwise, pets are not allowed onto the flight line area and are not allowed to be left in cars in the base parking lots.
  • Can I bring beverages into the show?
    • Clear beverages in clear “see-through” plastic containers.
  • Are cameras allowed?
    • Yes, cameras are allowed (still, video, digital). Your camera bags will be checked upon entry.
  • Can I bring a bike, roller blades or a scooter?
    • No, for the safety of everyone these items will not be allowed on the base.
  • I am bringing my baby to the show and need to keep the formula cold. Can I bring it in a cooler?
    • You can bring formula/ milk in a SOFT-SIDED cooler ONLY. You CANNOT bring it in a hard cooler. Only formula is allowed in the soft-sided cooler.
  • What happens if it rains?
    • The decision to fly is made the day of the event for safety. We will post at the website if a cancellation decision is made.
  • Can I bring a weapon?
    • No.

  • Is handicap parking available?
    • Yes.
