The Medical Group is not receiving additional manpower for this initiative. Consequently only patients with appointments will be able to utilize laboratory services.  Pharmacy hours will remain the same; however, mechanisms will be in-place to support patients with appointments.

The Nurse Advice Line (NAL) will still be functional after duty hours for medical information and advice.  In addition, the NAL has access to our appointments for beneficiaries with acute medical needs.

A great resource is MiCare Secure Messaging which is an online application that allows you to securely communicate with your healthcare team via email.

You may also book and cancel appointments using TRICARE Online.

As the Medical Group continues to improve its processes, they welcome your feedback.
