Trujillo 9th Reconnaissance Wing Public Affairs BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Team Beale conducted an emergency services exercise featuring more than 20 base and local agencies on Aug. 8 here. The exercise demonstrated how Team Beale would respond to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives attack. Airmen from the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight and 9th Aerospace Medicine Squadron Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight participated by removing simulated munitions and decontaminating the area. In addition, a local air medical services helicopter provided air evacuation for simulated wounded personnel.
