Charles Myers, 9th Physiological Support Squadron flight chief, tightens a tube which delivers oxygen to U-2 Dragon Lady pilots in a temporary staging area Jan. 10, 2019, at Beale Air Force Base, California. The flood knocked out power and damaged equipment, but with the quick action of the Airmen they were able to continue flying operations later in the day.
