"Women have come a long way from the past. I think now there's no difference between women and men, and what they can accomplish. I want to grow in my career, and in our generation I feel like it's a totally achievable goal. The military's support for women is wonderful. My group commander and flight chief are both women, so I have great role models to look up to. To all of the women out there: don't underestimate yourself."
