Team Beale takes aim

Team Beale honored National Police Week with an elementary level shooting competition held at the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance range here May 15-16.

The following shooters scored in the top 10 percent of the competition and were awarded the Bronze Excellence in Competition Badge:

M16A2 Rifle
1st place- Staff Sgt. Robert Paul, 9th Civil Engineer Squadron
2nd place- Tech. Sgt. John Furgerson, 9th Security Forces Squadron
3rd place- Tech. Sgt. Stephen Braz, 9th Logistics Readiness Squadron
4th place- Staff Sgt. Benjamin Rodgers, 9th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
5th place- Maj. Robert Clouse, 9th SFS
6th place- Staff Sgt. Randall, 548th Intelligence Reconnaissance Surveillance Group

M9 pistol
1st place- Staff Sgt. Stephen Bates, 9th SFS
2nd place- Master Sgt. Douglas Hodgson, 9th SFS
3rd place- Lt. Col. Michael Clavenna, 9th Operations Group
4th place- Airman 1st Class Ashley Moore, 9th SFS
5th place- Chief Master Sgt. Geri Dreibelbis, 9th SFS
6th place- Capt. Mason, 427th Reconnaissance Squadron
7th place-Tech. Sgt. Benjamin Binion, 9th AMXS
8th place- Staff Sgt. John, 48th Intelligence Squadron

The CATM section is slated to hold another competition in six months.
