Chief Master Sergeant Peter T. LeBorgne Jr.

Chief Master Sergeant Peter T. LeBorgne Jr serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 9th Mission Support Group, Beale Air Force Base, California. In this capacity, he advises the Commander on all matters pertaining to health, morale, welfare, and effective utilization of more than 1,400 officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel across six subordinate squadrons. He advises squadron Commanders and Senior Enlisted Leaders to ensure effective mission training, professional development, and career broadening needs of assigned personnel. As a Group Senior Enlisted Leader, he ensures Air and Space Expeditionary Forces maintain effective readiness postures to meet Combatant Commanders' mission requirements. His group is also responsible for supporting the Air Force’s sole high-altitude intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance wing.
 
Chief LeBorgne was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in August 1999. He completed technical training at Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport, Mississippi, as a structural apprentice. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities and has compiled a broad range of operational experience, serving overseas five times to include Alaska, England, and three tours in Korea; and his six deployments have supported wartime operations such as IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, INHERENT RESOLVE, and EPIC FURY. Prior to assuming his current position, Chief LeBorgne was the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, California.
