Welcome to the Beale Passenger Terminal webpage. Space-A Travel is a privilege that may offer substantial savings for your leisure travel plans. Our goal is to provide information that our customers can use in preparation for travel to their desired location. Please take some time to explore the information provided on this site. We’re confident it will assist you with your travel planning. We offer limited services through our Passenger Terminal, and only provide transportation from the aircraft to the passenger terminal. Hours of Operation 0700-1600 M-F
Long term parking is located near the flight line off of Douglas Street. There is a base shuttle stop located across the street from the long term parking lot with the following pick up times: Monday-Friday, 0600/0700/1100/1200/1300/1500/1600
There is also a shuttle stop near Gold Country Inn.
1 - Travel Eligibility
Are you authorized to travel using Space-A? Click here to determine your travel eligibility and which Space-A Category you will travel under.
2 - Locations
To search locations or visit Other Passenger Terminal's Facebook Pages (links are located to the right of your screen).
3 - Document Check
Do you have all your required travel documents? This could include your leave paperwork, valid Uniformed Services ID, passport/visa or other documents required by the location you are traveling to or from. In many cases this will be different for each traveler depending on your status. Please contact your departure passenger terminal for documentation requirements or travel restrictions. You can also get more information by visiting U.S. Department of State International Travel website.
4 - Registration
There are many ways to register for Space-A travel: In-person, by fax or e-mail 9sds.sdsmm.spacea@us.af.mil. You may also register in person at building 1013 by speaking with a passenger terminal representative. Or, you may fax your request to the passenger terminal (530) 634-8824. The Beale Passenger Terminal will accept email sign-ups from other than “.mil” web sites; however, the Passenger Terminal is not responsible for lost, delayed or incorrect information on sign-ups from those sites. Customers who have issues with sign-ups from other than “.mil” sites must contact that site for resolution. Or, you may sign up at the time you arrive at the terminal. We recommend that you keep a copy of the sent email for your records.

6 - Checking in
Once Space-A passengers report to the Passenger Terminal, they must check-in at the counter in order to mark themselves present. Review updated flight information. Ensure you do not exceed baggage weight limits. LINK: (Baggage allowances)

Await your Space-A call and follow instructions given to you by the passenger terminal representative.
