TRICARE

Service Center representatives, located within the 9th Medical Group, are available on a walk-in basis from 7:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. daily to assist you with enrollment, claims information and answer questions about your health care options under the TRICARE program. A Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC) is located within the TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration (TOPA) flight and can assist you with an assortment of healthcare needs, such as enrollment concerns, claim problems and access issues.

Questions about the TRICARE Dental Program for active duty family members and National Guard and reserve personnel should be directed to MetLife at 1-855-MET-TDP1 (1-855-638-8371).

The Patient Administration office can assist you with items such as travel arrangements for medical TDY appointments, obtaining copies of your medical records, in/out-processing information as well as an array of other administrative functions.

The Referral Management Center (RMC) is considered a "one stop shop" for all specialty-care referrals and consultations. The RMC is conveniently located next door to the Patient Administration window for all patients to access. The RMC provides patients with advice concerning referral and treatment options, and answers any questions patients may have concerning their specialty care referral. All referral questions can be directed to the RMC at (530) 634-3542.
