U-2 Dragon Lady Returns to Beale Skies

A U-2 Dragon Lady flies over Beale Air Force Base after resuming operations Sept. 23, 2016. Following a U-2 incident this week flying operations for the aircraft at Beale were put on hold while the installation responded to the incident. Global U-2 flying operations were not impacted as a result of the incident and pilots and maintainers continued to support commanders with high-altitude ISR. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Tristan D.
